CHERYL CAGLE
Cheryl began working at Tax Shelter, Inc in 1998 and quickly became a partner in 2002. As Owner, her
primary role is in the management and growth of the firm and is an experienced tax accountant. Since
2004, the business has more than quadrupled in size. In 2018, Cheryl started Payroll Shelter to
complement Tax Shelter’s accounting and tax services. Cheryl received her Bachelor’s degree from VSU
with a major in finance. She became an Enrolled Agent with the IRS in 2006 and is also a member of the
National Society for Tax Professionals and the National Society for Accountants.
Fun Fact: Cheryl loves to travel. Her favorite place she has been to thus far is Greece!
LAROSE SLATER
Hey there! My name is LaRose Slater and I have only been in the tax industry for a year and boy did / have a lot to learn! I am a bit of a perfectionist, take pride in my job and give 100%+ no matter the task.
I am a water lover so most weekends and holidays you will find me floating on the lake or sitting on a beach!
GEORGIA ESTES
Georgia moved over to Payroll Shelter from Tax Shelter, Inc in January 2019 and has worked in the payroll industry for 8 years. She brought with her experience, accuracy, total understanding of timeliness and attention to detail! Previously, Georgia had worked along side Cheryl Cagle for 10 years. Here at Payroll Shelter, her duties include processing our clients’ payroll from start to finish, overseeing payroll tax issues, creating general ledgers and sorting through clients’ chart of accounts. Georgia is always available for questions and assistance.
Fun Fact: She was born in Aurora, Colorado and has lived in 5 different states.

Hi, my name is Tiffany Bowar. I have over 10 years experience in the payroll industry. I am very ambitious, well-driven and take pride in the work that I do. I strive hard to have a personable relationship with each of my clients and will do what it takes to give them the best service we provide.
I am a mother of four and spend most of my days at the ballfields or horse farms and love being outside.
